The City of River Oaks submitted their SWMP along with the application submittals required under TPDES, Phase II, MS4 General Permit TXRO40000 for NOI Permit Coverage. Enclosed is a copy of the SWMP as adopted by Ordinance # 1248-2019 on September 24, 2019.
